In my role as Social Media Manager at Plump Cosmetics & Injectables, I oversee the creation and coordination of all social media content and copywriting across various platforms. I set monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide our content strategy and priorities. I employ Monday.com for scheduling, maintaining calendars, and managing projects.

I organize weekly media days, during which I produce, film, and edit videos focused on injectable and skin treatments. These videos showcase our services, feature the work of our injectors, and highlight customer experiences. I also create organic content and infographics using Canva and Adobe Suite. Moreover, I handle influencer partnerships, developing strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and setting content directions. I generate User Generated Content (UGC) that aligns with current media and industry trends to maintain the relevance of our channels. Additionally, I am responsible for responding to comments and direct messages on all our social platforms, providing timely and informative replies to enhance engagement.

I analyze performance metrics and collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize our campaigns, ensuring we exceed our KPIs and remain current with trends in media and industry.  Our strategic use of TikTok and Instagram has been particularly effective in engaging younger audiences, broadening our reach and enhancing our appeal. The heightened engagement and positive feedback from followers who become clients attest to the success of our digital strategies, boosting Plump’s online visibility and affirming its reputation as a premier destination for cosmetic treatments.
